ikTok star and musician Alex Warren is turning up the heat with his latest track, “Burning It Down,” dropping this Friday, September 20th. And y’all, it sounds like he’s spilling major tea! 🫖👀

Alex teased the song on TikTok on August 31, and fans are convinced he’s calling out none other than the Hype House for all the drama that went down behind the scenes. In the video, Alex wrote, “Wrote this about that content house…” before dropping some serious lyrics:

“You knew the house was burning down, I had to get out. You lead your saints and sinners and fed them lies for dinner, you knew the house was burning down. Used to tell me you’d pray for me, you were praying for my downfall. You were digging a grave for me, we were sharing the same four walls.”

Sheesh, talk about a mic drop moment. 🎤🔥

Fans immediately hit the comments with their takes, with one saying, “And the way they still make content on the ‘hype house’ account 😳 once this song is out it’s game overrrr 😅.” Another fan joked, “the nda expired 😭 i can’t waittt.” It’s safe to say, everyone’s ready for this drama to unfold.

ICYMI, the Hype House was a California-based content collective of teenage TikTok stars, including Alex, Thomas Petrou, Daisy Keech, Chase Hudson, Dixie D’Amelio, and Addison Rae. The house even got its own Netflix reality show in 2022 (but let’s be real, it didn’t last long—just one season 💀).

Fast forward to now, most of the OG Hype House crew has bounced, except for Thomas. Current members include Mia Hayward, Jacob Day, and Sadie McKenna. And the tension? It’s still VERY real. During an April 2024 interview on “The Viall Files” podcast, Alex revealed he’s no longer on speaking terms with Hype House co-founder Thomas Petrou. 😬

This song? It might just be the nail in the coffin for the Hype House drama.
