The cops were called to North Main Street after getting reports of a woman, Ricki Smith, 28, from Louisville, Kentucky, attempting to break into random cars like it was some sort of twisted scavenger hunt. One poor woman was just trying to make a quick pit stop when she saw Ricki hopping into her car like it was an Uber she ordered.
