The It Ends With Us drama isn’t just on screen. The internet is buzzing with rumors of a feud between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, and social media sleuths are picking up every crumb. If you haven’t been keeping up, buckle in, because the tea is scorching hot.

It all kicked off at the New York premiere on August 6. Fans noticed something super sus: Lively and Baldoni didn’t take any pics together. Not one. Even weirder, Baldoni was totally MIA from any group shots with the cast, while Lively, Brandon Sklenar, and the rest of the squad were out there cheesing for the cameras. And when Lively and It Ends With Usauthor Colleen Hoover took the stage to hype the film, Baldoni? Nowhere to be seen.

But the plot thickens. As Lively hit up premieres in London and Copenhagen, Baldoni stayed back in New York doing solo press interviews. Why were they never together? Was it a scheduling thing, or was something else going on? Of course, the internet detectives had to check out their Instagram follows, and guess what? Lively follows most of the cast—Brandon Sklenar, Hasan Minhaj, and Isabela Ferrer—but not Baldoni. Meanwhile, Baldoni follows the whole gang, and Hoover? She follows Lively but doesn’t follow Baldoni anymore, even though they were tight during early promo. Coincidence? The sleuths think not.

It doesn’t stop there. The cast interviews are getting a side-eye, too. Baldoni did his solo, while Lively and the rest of the cast teamed up. And when someone brings up Baldoni, fans have noticed that Lively and Sklenar seem to redirect the convo, almost like they’re dodging talking about him. Yikes.

So what gives? Baldoni hasn’t spilled any tea directly, but he did open up about how tough it was to direct and act at the same time. In an interview with Today, he talked about managing “complex personalities” on set and trying to keep everyone on the same page. And he might have hinted at a little behind-the-scenes tension, saying, “Mistakes are always made, and then you figure out how to move past them.” 👀

He also said he’s super open to collaboration on set—maybe too open. “Sometimes to a point where people wonder if I know what I’m doing… because I’m so willing to have my vision changed.” Bruh.

So, is there really a feud brewing between Lively and Baldoni? No one’s saying anything officially, but the vibes are off, and the internet is watching. Keep those notifications on—this drama’s far from over.
