Here at NOW Radio, we’re always open to feedback as well as resolving any discrepancies that may arise from time to time.

Informal Feedback or/and Technical Issues

If you want to send us informal feedback or let us know about a technical issue, please email us at studio@nowradio.co.nz.

Making A Formal Complaint

If you would like to make a complaint about content you have heard on NOW Radio, please email us on complaints@nowradio.co.nz. When handling complaints about broadcast content, we follow the process set out in the Broadcasting Act 1989, and will respond to your complaint within 20 working days. For complaints about online content, we will respond to your complaint within 10 working days. Please note that we observe a ‘working days’ hiatus period from 15 Dec to 25 Jan.
